You must bring a valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. If your document requires witnesses (such as wills, POAs, or affidavits), please bring two adult witnesses who are not the notary. For loan signings or estate planning appointments, bring all pages of the document—even those that do not require signatures—so we can verify completeness.

Yes. We offer both remote notarization and electronic notarization for clients in New Jersey. Remote and electronic notarization are ideal for clients who need flexibility, cannot travel, or prefer a digital signing experience. A remote notary visit (where we travel to your location to set up a remote session) is $75 + mileage + notarial fees. Mileage is $0.70 per mile round‑trip (example: 15 miles each way = 30 miles × $0.70 = $21.00). An electronic notarial act is $35 + applicable notarial fees per act.​
